When you write, share your registered mobile number (the last 4 digits are enough) and a short description. Please do not email the full bill. Upload it in the app instead.
Quick fixes
I am not getting the OTP
Check that the number is correct, wait 60 seconds, check your network and DND settings, then tap Resend OTP.
My bill is not reading properly
Take the photo in good light with the page flat and fully in frame. Upload every page, or upload the original PDF instead of a photo.
The analysis is taking long
Bills with many pages can take longer. Keep the page open, or check My reports in a few minutes.
A wrong item or amount was flagged
Tap Report an issue on that line, or email us with your report ID. We will review it.
It does not open on my laptop

I want to delete a bill or my account
Go to Profile → Account → Data & Privacy → Delete All My Data in the app, or email connect@click2save.now.
Using your report
- Start with Confident billing errors. These are the strongest findings.
- Take the Worth asking questions to the billing desk calmly and politely. A difference is a reason to ask, not proof of a mistake.
- Ask for an itemised bill and the hospital’s rate card if you do not have them.
- Ask for corrections before discharge or payment where you can. It is much easier than recovering money later.
If the hospital does not resolve it
Click2Save does not contact hospitals for you, but these are the usual next steps, in this order.
- Written complaint to the hospital’s billing head and patient grievance cell. Keep a copy and ask for an acknowledgement.
- Medicine above its ceiling price? Complain to NPPA through the Pharma Jan Samadhan system, helpline 1800-111-255.
- National Consumer Helpline, 1915 or 1800-11-4000, for pre-litigation help.
- State Medical Council, Health Department or Clinical Establishments authority for hospital conduct or rate-display issues.
- Insurer, TPA and Insurance Ombudsman if the bill is part of a cashless or reimbursement claim.
- Consumer Commission (e-Daakhil portal) for deficiency in service or unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Consider legal advice before filing.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions, treatment choices or second opinions.
- Legal representation, or recovering money for you.
- Negotiating with hospitals, pharmacies or insurers.
