What Click2Save is

Click2Save is an informational tool. You upload a hospital, medical or pharmacy bill. Our software, which uses OCR, vision and AI models, reads it, flags possible overcharges, duplicate charges, pricing inconsistencies and billing errors, compares charges with reference data (such as NPPA/DPCO ceiling prices, MRP, hospital rate cards where available, and market benchmarks), and suggests questions and next steps.

These Terms apply to click2save.now and the Click2Save web app (together, the “service”), operated by BE THE LIGHTHOUSE AI LAB LLP. By using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What Click2Save is not

Please read this section carefully

Not medical advice. We do not say whether a treatment, medicine or dose was necessary or correct. Follow your doctor’s advice, and never delay or stop treatment because of a billing question.
Not for emergencies. Do not rely on Click2Save in a medical emergency.
Not legal or financial advice. A report is not a legal opinion. We are not a law firm, claims agent or recovery agent, and using Click2Save does not create a doctor–patient, lawyer–client or agent relationship.
Not a finding of wrongdoing. Labels such as “Confident billing error”, “Possible overcharge” and “Worth asking” are automated indications, not proof that a hospital or pharmacy acted unlawfully or unfairly. Differences can have valid reasons: pack sizes or brands, taxes, handling or administration fees, room category, packages, discounts, insurer or TPA rates, or price changes after our data was updated.
Not affiliated with any hospital, pharmacy, insurer, regulator or government body. References to NPPA or others are only to publicly available price data.

Accuracy, AI and third-party data

Reports are generated automatically by software and AI, so they can contain mistakes. OCR can misread blurry or handwritten bills. Price data comes from public and third-party sources (such as NPPA/DPCO lists, MRP and market benchmarks) and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not guarantee its accuracy. Reports are provided “as is”. Check findings with the hospital, your doctor or the original documents before acting on them.

Any rupee amount we show is an estimate of what may be worth questioning. It is not a guaranteed refund.

Free service, no guaranteed outcome

Click2Save is free. We charge no fee and take no percentage of any amount you save or recover. We do not promise any refund, reduction or outcome.

We are not responsible for the outcome of any dispute, negotiation or complaint between you and a hospital, pharmacy, doctor, insurer, TPA or authority, whether or not you used a Click2Save report. Examples on our site illustrate common billing patterns, and your result may differ.

Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

Be 18 or older and sign up with your own genuine mobile number or email address.
Give accurate information, and upload only bills you are entitled to share (see Bills of other people).
Not upload Aadhaar, PAN, bank or card details, or insurance passwords. Crop or mask them if they appear on a bill.
Share bills only through the upload options in the Click2Save app. Please do not email bills or health details to Support or send them in support chats.
Not upload unlawful, forged or irrelevant content, or anything harmful to our systems.
Use reports in good faith. Do not present a report as an official certificate, use it to harass, threaten or defame anyone, or publish a report or its findings online or in the media as an accusation of wrongdoing against any person or institution. We encourage clear, polite, factual conversations.
Not scrape, copy, reverse engineer or overload the service, or try to reach other users’ data.
Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your bills and our permission

You keep ownership of the bills you upload. By uploading a bill you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store and process it to produce your report and run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and for no other purpose. This permission ends when you delete the bill or your data.

Intellectual property

Click2Save, its logo, software, design, rules, databases and report formats belong to BE THE LIGHTHOUSE AI LAB LLP. Some technology is patent-pending. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and your reports for your own purposes.

Third-party links

Reports may point to outside resources such as consumer forums, NPPA and state authorities. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Reports are for information only, and you use them at your own risk.

Because Click2Save is provided free of charge, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Click2Save and its owners, employees and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or from decisions you make based on a report. This includes the outcome of any dispute with a hospital, pharmacy, doctor or insurer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law. This includes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Your responsibility for claims

If a third party makes a claim against Click2Save because you uploaded a bill you had no right to share, broke these Terms, or used or published a report unlawfully (including defamation or harassment), you agree to compensate Click2Save for the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to a claim caused by our own fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Changes to the service, suspension and ending use

We may change, pause or discontinue any feature, or the service itself, at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the service, or the law requires it.

You can stop using Click2Save and delete your data at any time from Profile → Account → Data & Privacy → Delete All My Data in the app. Sections that by their nature should continue (intellectual property, liability, your responsibility for claims, and governing law) remain in effect after you stop using the service.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

If you have any formal legal notice or dispute, please write to our Grievance Officer at support@click2save.now first so we can try to resolve the issue amicably before initiating court proceedings.

General terms

If a part is unenforceable. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and us about the service.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business.
Events beyond our control. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as power, internet or cloud outages, natural events or government action.

Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms and will tell you about material changes. Continuing to use Click2Save after an update means you accept the new Terms.
